  1. Big problems are usually clusters of smaller problems. Name them, separate them, sequence them.
  2. A prototype beats a meeting. If the idea can be touched, tested, viewed, printed, or clicked, the team learns faster.
  3. Local tools matter. CAD, Python, local diffusion models, and private AI workflows create speed without surrendering control.
  4. Useful is the standard. Beautiful matters. Clever helps. But the finished system has to reduce friction in the real world.
